For the second year, I had the honor of presenting at the Inspired You event outside of Seattle, Washinton. My goal was to share powerful and swift moves for managing career growth including some of my favorite topics—planning, discovering your strengths and navigating critical communication—along with the meaningful nuggets I’ve collected along the way.
I was thrilled by the number of entrepreneurs who attended my session. My topic “A Tiger Conversation” was inspired by the Leadership Development Institute retreat I attended a few years ago, where I learned when and how to engage in tough conversations. It’s been an important part of my personal and professional growth, and impossible not to include when talking about those “aha” career moments. I was intrigued and inspired by the response and looking forward to continuing the conversation.
