Caravel Marketing, a Seattle-based national consulting firm specializing in sponsorship marketing, continues to expand its team, welcoming Michael Kithcart as its Chief Strategy Officer. Kithcart joins Caravel from iHeartMedia in Minneapolis, Minnesota where she served as vice president of sales and event sponsorship. In the new CSO role, Kithcart will work with clients to develop and implement strategic initiatives to accelerate revenue growth and improve sponsorship value. Kithcart will also lead the efforts to continue Caravel’s rapid growth.

Kithcart has over two decades of sales and partnership marketing leadership with a focus on media and sponsorship sales, as well as entrepreneurship. Throughout her career, she has transformed organizations, created divisions, organized startups and enhanced the effectiveness of individuals and teams. Previous roles have included chief operations officer, marketing strategist, consultant, and performance coach to top executives and entrepreneurs. Kithcart’s international development and women’s empowerment interests have provided her opportunities to consult and conduct fieldwork to support social entrepreneurs in Haiti, Africa, India and Nepal.
